slow check-in inadequate staffing
The check-in process was slow! I found only two staff members at the front desk. One staff member was struggling with check-ins. The other was helping a man with a map issue. No one seemed available to expedite my check in process. That was really inconvenient.

i just love the rooms! my king guest room had super comfy beds and sheets. the hotel restaurants around it are good too.

excellent hotel stay
weight machines hot items omelet station nice touch
my stay included access to a gym that had treadmills and several weight machines. i found fresh towels and water readily available there (a nice touch!). the breakfast buffet was comprehensive with many choices including hot and cold items. i really liked the made-to-order omelet station (it was a real treat).
the elevators were sometimes a bit slow, especially during peak hours. it wasn't a major issue, but it did cause some slight delays.

the hotel features a well-equipped gym with modern equipment, including cardio machines and free weights. there is also a sauna and steam room available for relaxation, both maintained in excellent condition throughout my stay.

friendly staff spacious seating excellent sauna
The staff was very friendly to me. the breakfast restaurant had spacious seating with plenty of daylight. i found the gym and sauna quite excellent. It was great to see those amenities.
Only a couple elevators were working. There was a bit of a wait at times
