The check-in process was slow! I found only two staff members at the front desk. One staff member was struggling with check-ins. The other was helping a man with a map issue. No one seemed available to expedite my check in process. That was really inconvenient.

my stay included access to a gym that had treadmills and several weight machines. i found fresh towels and water readily available there (a nice touch!). the breakfast buffet was comprehensive with many choices including hot and cold items. i really liked the made-to-order omelet station (it was a real treat).
it wasn't a major issue, but it did cause some slight delays.
